About the Role

We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with a strong understanding of the IT services industry. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth by promoting our custom software development offerings.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate qualified leads through networking, research, and outreach
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients
  • Present tailored proposals and solutions that align with client needs
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into feasible solutions
  • Maintain and manage a sales pipeline with regular updates and reporting
  • Stay informed about industry trends, client needs, and competitor offerings
Requirements
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in business development or IT sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
  • Experience in IT services or software solutions preferred
