About the Role

We’re looking for a thoughtful and creative UX Designer to help shape the user experience of our digital products. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and clients to understand user needs, define flows, and translate ideas into intuitive wireframes and prototypes. If you care deeply about usability, enjoy simplifying complexity, and love turning user insights into great design—this is your role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and translate insights into design decisions
• Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and prototypes
• Collaborate with UI designers and developers for seamless handoffs
• Define information architecture and interaction design for web/mobile apps
• Advocate for the user while balancing business and technical constraints
• Continuously refine experiences based on user feedback and data

Requirements

• 2–4 years of UX design experience in product or agency environments
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and design thinking
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Experience designing for responsive web and mobile platforms
• Ability to clearly present ideas and rationale to cross-functional teams
• Bonus: Familiarity with UI design, accessibility, or basic HTML/CSS
